Position Summary

The Human Resources Director & Assistant Business Manager provides leadership and oversight for the district's human resources operations while assisting the Business Manager with financial, payroll, budgeting, and operational responsibilities. This position ensures compliance with employment laws, district policies, Mississippi Department of Education regulations, and financial procedures while supporting efficient district operations.

The position serves as the district's primary administrator for recruitment, hiring, employee relations, licensure coordination, personnel records, benefits administration, payroll support, and human capital management while assisting with budget preparation, financial reporting, audits, purchasing, and business office operations.
